At Midwest Media Alliance, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Please review our policy below for information on refunds and returns:

Donations:

  • Donations made to Midwest Media Alliance are considered non-refundable. Your generosity in supporting our mission to advance media excellence in the Midwest is deeply appreciated. For any questions or concerns about your donation, please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org.

Event Registrations (Workshops, Classes, etc.):

  • Registration fees for workshops, classes, and other events are refundable up to 21 days prior to the event start date. Refund requests made within 21 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org to request a refund for your event registration.

Product Purchases:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product from Midwest Media Alliance, you may request a refund within 21 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org to initiate a return and refund process.

Digital Products:

  • Digital products, such as downloadable resources or online courses, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org for assistance.

In-Person Services (Workshops, Classes, etc.):

  • Refunds for in-person services, such as workshops and classes, are available up to 21 days prior to the start date of the service. Refund requests made within 21 days of the start date may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org to request a refund for your in-person service.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product from Midwest Media Alliance, please contact us at contact@midwestmediaalliance.org within 21 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving the returned product or refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
